We are serving at Refuge Fellowship Calvary Chapel here in Chiang Mai, Thailand (Northern Thailand). The main purpose of our call is to launch a CBI (Calvary Bible Institute) it is a 2 year bible college program that seeks to teach, disciple, train and send servants, leaders, missionaries and church planters all over Southeast Asia. Thailand itself is an unreached country. It’s estimated that less than two percent of the people here are Christian. Thailand alone has an estimated population of over 71 million people! Most of the population is Buddhist. We see Thailand as a strategic location to start a bible college as we have religious freedom here while also being surrounded by many closed countries! Chiang Mai is visited by many different people from different Nations. For the sake of their safety, I won’t name the actual countries but many people from closed countries make their way here and are excited to be trained up in the Word of God and practical ministry and service. It’s providing them an opportunity that they don’t have in their home country. We want to see more healthy bible teaching churches in Asia, so we want to equip and help those who have a calling from the Lord on their life.
Pray for our family’s visas. Pray for wisdom and strength in all that God is calling us to do. Pray for unity. Pray for endurance when the spiritual warfare is heavy. Pray for the people of
